Prompt service. Russell will be honest with you when you’re better off getting a new appliance instead of spending more to get the old one fixed. Also for a different appliance, a two-stage fix was needed which required 2 separate visits, and there was no extra charge for the labor or part for the second visit.

Russell was very professional, clean and neat. Diagnosed the problem with fridge and went right to work. Within 45 minutes the hub was complete and left the area like he was never there. Excellent job.
