Russell lived up to his positive reviews... he was prompt polite, and professional. he checked in before arrival to ensure I was ready for his visit and he arrived on time and ready to address my problem with our dishwasher. He ran diagnostics and checked on a welfare of the machine and determine the only thing at fault was a power supply issue, which was an affordable repair. Russell completed the repairs at a timely manner and provide a contact information for any future issues. I highly recommend you give Live appliance repair a call as many other appliance companies will not repair foreign made appliances for some reason. Our Bosch is the better for it after Russell’s service call.

Such a pleasure. I called multiple people and they didn't get back to me. These guys got out to us for a broken freezer right away, came and saw what we needed, ordered part,s and was right back to fix our freezer.
